A Harrison system that gets a real tune-up twice a year rarely fails at the worst possible time. A consistent schedule is how those get caught early, before they become an emergency.
A pattern shows up again and again in emergency calls we take in Harrison — a maintenance gap somewhere, a neglected filter, a dirty coil, a capacitor degrading for months. Consistent servicing catches problems early.
What every maintenance visit covers.
Every visit produces a report with real numbers — microfarads, pressures, amp draws, so you can track trends over time.
Plan members get bumped ahead in scheduling, especially during peak season, which matters most in the first heat wave or cold snap.
We split visits seasonally so nothing gets overlooked.
Repairs found during a visit get a member discount.
Everything checked during a comprehensive maintenance visit.
We clean and inspect both coils that quietly cut efficiency over a season.
Capacitors and contactors are load-tested to catch parts trending toward failure before they strand you with a no-start call.
Pressure readings get compared to factory spec to catch a slow leak early, before it becomes a full failure.
Static pressure and filter condition are checked together since the two compound.
We verify calibration if it's affecting comfort or cycling.
We clear the line and test the float switch, a leading cause of both water damage and shutdowns.
Four steps to a system ready for the season.
Schedule a visit or enroll in the plan.
A tech arrives ready with the complete inspection kit, no separate tool trip.
Findings go into a written report, repairs quoted separately for approval, with repairs quoted on the spot.
You get the completed report and a reminder for next season, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Reviews from actual maintenance visits.
Signed up after a rough summer with two breakdowns. Since then it's been two full years of tune-ups without a single unplanned service call.

Spring visit found a blower motor bearing starting to wear out well before it would've failed on its own. Replaced it on our schedule, not an emergency one.
— J. Petrova, homeowner
Manage four rental units and the plan means I don't have to think about HVAC until the report shows up twice a year. Huge time saver.
— O. Mbeki, property investor
Technician actually explained what the numbers on the report meant instead of just handing me a page of readings I couldn't interpret.
